Ждём официального подтверждения, а пока, похоже на очередной шаг от Поднебесной в инфополе, чтобы на Западе ещё посидели на иголках и понервничали 😄.

Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
