Кто бы что ни говорил, на референдуме Алматы бюллетени заполнялись!

Судя по фото, которые оказались в нашем распоряжении, в бюллетенях, предположительно, с участков Алматы, количество голосов «За» превышает в 12 раз!

Вот мы видим результаты голосования на одном из участков в Наурызбайском районе Алматы. На участке №509 «За» АЭС проголосовали 380 человек, против - 267.

На участке №347 в Жетысуском районе Алматы «За» проголосовали 1145, «Против» - 93 человека.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
