The Yard — мастер-класс по промышленному редевелопменту от архитекторов из Китая

Проект шанхайской студии Neri в городе Далянь обновил старый химический центр в динамическое общественное пространство, расположенное в близости от студенческих кампусов и технологических кварталов. Главный акцент The Yard — на адаптивном реиспользовании существующих зданий, главная идея — трансформация классической «фабричной» типологии в подобие традиционного китайского приватного сада. Эту задумку особенно подчеркивает монументальная и одновременно пластичная каменная инсталляция в центре.

Важный момент — новое здание совершенно не боится своего индустриального наследия и постоянно напоминает о нем в деталях дизайна и выборе материалов. Снаружи это сдержанная палитра цветов, с которой котрастирует кортеновская сталь. Внутри идет постоянный диалог между аккуратными белыми помещениями, характерными для арт-пространств, и объемами с обнаженным кирпичом и другими структурными компонентами.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
