I have issues not rotting everyday, some stuff that works to stop the rotting:
• if I am going to rot all day I won't do anything productive anyway so I give myself the right not to work/study/clean but do something fun for 30 minutes and then go back to rotting if I really want to • STUPID MENTAL HEALTH WALKS WORK (even though I hate this fact) • STUPID SPORT WORKS (just dance for 30 sec or wiggle your body idk • set a rotting timer and rot for maybe 2 hours then try one of the previous point • if you feel super guilty about rotting but CANNOT do anything else try rotting while watching a documentary/ listening to a interesting podcast it will make you feel like you learnt something and did not waste your time. Also listening to brillant people, learning cool facts can maybe give you the strentgh to do one of the previous point • TAKE A STUPID SHOWER -> the hardest point for me but imagine the depression and guiltiness going down the drain it can help :)

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
