Кроме того, срок заключения договоров с иностранными гражданами предлагается ограничить 2 годами, тогда как сегодня есть возможность оформления бессрочных отношений с ними.
В комитете Госдумы по труду и социальной политике уже заявили о готовности поддержать инициативу министерства. Там отметили, что действующая патентная система позволяет мигрантам въезжать в страну и трудоустраиваться безвизово, но многие работают без патента.
