Минтруд предложил создать привязку мигрантов к работодателям
Ведомство намерено ввести документ, подтверждающий право иностранного гражданина на временную работу в России с привязкой к конкретному работодателю. Если же мигрант захочет трудоустроиться в компанию, не участвующую в оргнаборе, то ему придется покинуть РФ в течение 15 дней. Кроме того, срок заключения договоров с иностранными гражданами предлагается ограничить 2 годами, тогда как сегодня есть возможность оформления бессрочных отношений с ними.
В комитете Госдумы по труду и социальной политике уже заявили о готовности поддержать инициативу министерства. Там отметили, что действующая патентная система позволяет мигрантам въезжать в страну и трудоустраиваться безвизово, но многие работают без патента.
