Не припоминаю ничего, что было б для России хорошо при доминировании в руковолстве такой тяги. Пользоваться Европой? Да. Ставить базы, занимать плацдармы итд итп - сколько угодно (правда мы этого не очень то и умеем, но тем не менее). А вот быть Европой? Что-то не хочется уже. Как бы там ни было с географией.
