В ХМАО полиция раскрыла схему хищения более 235 млн рублей из бюджета, которые выделялись на оказание услуг ряду частных фирм. Эти юрлица, по мнению полицейских, в реальности никаких услуг не оказывали, а полученные деньги делились между коммерсантами и должностными лицами.
В числе тех, к кому появятся вопросы в рамках расследования дела о «югорском распиле», могут оказаться высокопоставленные чиновники из правительства ХМАО, представители руководства телеканала властей Югры и целого ряда спортивных организаций.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
