Речь идет о хищении группой лиц более 235 млн рублей из бюджета: «Прошли обыски у замдиректора телерадиокомпании "Югра" Ольги Межлумян по делу о хищении бюджетных средств в АУ Центр "Открытый регион" (занимается содействием информационной открытости органов государственной власти), где она работала на должности замдиректора. Также допрос была вызвана экс-директор "Открытого региона" Оксана Макеева и прошли обыски у ее сына Дениса, которые тоже работал в данном центре».

In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
