Приговор в 5,5 лет колонии 69-летней педиатру Буяновой за якобы сказанные «противоправные слова» один на один с пациенткой вносит новую веху в правосудие в России. Теперь не следствие доказывает твою виновность, а ты доказываешь свою невиновность (т.е. вводится презумпция виновности).
В случае Буяновой никаких доказательств кроме слов пациентки нет. Ни других свидетелей, ни видео- и аудиозаписи. Нет даже самооговора Буяновой, т.е. сталинского принципа «признания – царицы доказательств».
Презумпция виновности предполагает, что ты теперь сам должен готовиться к беседам с людьми с помощью технических средств – например, в случае Буяновой она должна была включить диктофон или видеозапись. Но насколько понимаю, на это нужно согласие пациента, и если его нет, то остаётся только ведение протокола (стенограммы) с подписями двух сторон. Либо приём пациента с участием понятых свидетелей – чтобы пара человек всегда сидели с врачом, даже у таких деликатных специалистов, как гинекологи.
В целом же очень жалко Буянову. И это всё о том же, о чём я уже писал сегодня: доброта сегодня воспринимается почти как чудо.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
