Сегодня я достиг важного этапа в своей спортивной истории — выполнил второй разряд по пауэрлифтингу! Я безумно доволен этим результатом, ведь готовиться к соревнованиям я начал не так давно.

Если честно, в какой-то момент это ощущалось как настоящая спортивная драма — как будто я попал в фильм, где нужно выкладываться на пределе возможностей. На жиме я не смог поднять тот вес, на который рассчитывал, и пришлось в тяге брать больше, чем планировал. Но всё получилось!
Я собрал нужные мне 430 кг.

Огромное спасибо моему тренеру, без которого этот результат был бы невозможен! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Дальше — только вверх! Следующая цель — кандидат в мастера спорта 💪
