В России могут запретить арестовывать беременных, отцов-одиночек и опекунов малолетних детей
Как пишет РБК со ссылкой на Минюст, в правительстве одобрили предложение не назначать арест беременным и отцам-одиночкам. Лишать их свободы можно будет только в случае обвинения в совершении тяжкого или особо тяжкого преступления, нарушении ранее избранной меры пресечения, побега или отсутствия места жительства.
Вот все категории граждан, которым не будут назначать арест, если законопроект будет принят:
🔵несовершеннолетние; 🔵беременные; 🔵женщины, имеющие малолетнего ребенка; 🔵мужчины — единственные родителей малолетнего ребенка; 🔵усыновители, опекуны, попечители малолетних детей или детей-инвалидов.

Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
