♻️Дербент продолжает активную работу по улучшению системы сбора мусора.

Не только закупаются новые евроконтейнеры (напомним, 120 штук совсем недавно пополнили городской парк, а в декабре прошлого года – еще 100!), но и ведется планомерная работа по модернизации самих контейнерных площадок.

🚮Что это значит на практике? Создаются современные, удобные и, главное, долговечные бетонные основания для контейнеров. Устанавливаются металлические ограждения, которые не только придают площадкам аккуратный вид, но и предотвращают разбрасывание мусора.

🗑️Все эти меры направлены на создание комфортной городской среды и эффективную систему утилизации отходов.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
