По пессимистичному сценарию продажи жилья в новостройках упадут почти на треть, до 4,9 трлн руб. Базовый предполагает сокращение на уровне 19% (5,3 трлн руб.).
Оптимистичный сценарий предусматривает снижение продаж всего на 3% (до до 6,1 трлн руб.). Но он маловероятен из-за западных санкций, роста затрат фонда оплаты труда и невозможности решить проблему с нехваткой персонала.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30.
