Его командир, Герой России Сергей Ефремов из Приморья, погиб при освобождении Курской области в феврале 2025 года. Теперь конкурсу присвоено его имя.
Организаторы отмечают, что участниками конкурса могут стать россияне из любого региона нашей страны старше 10 лет. Для плакатов можно использовать мемы, карикатуры, коллажи, эмоджи, граффити, цитаты и даже ИИ. Работы принимаются на сайте время-смыслов.рф до 6 апреля.
