Навязчивая мысль [обсессия] становится навязчивым только тогда, когда объект мысли будет для нас важным.
То, что для нас важно, занимает центральное место в жизни. Если мысль не важна, она не будет навязчивой.
Пример: • важно сдать и не провалить экзамен или собеседование; • важно знать ответ на вопрос, если меня спросят; • важно создать о себе хорошее впечатление...
Навязчивое мысли – это симптом важности. И бороться надо не с обсессиями, а работать над уменьшения важности объектов мысли.

On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
