В случаях несоблюдения введенных ограничений на количество отчётов (5шт) Рособрнадзор рекомендует педагогам направлять обращения на электронную почту горячей линии: stop_nagruzka@obrnadzor.gov.ru.
Для защиты трудовых прав, в том числе по неоплачиваемой работе по подговке лишних бумажных, электронных документов и отчетов, законом 10-ФЗ предусмотрены объединения работников в профсоюзы. В случае лишних обязанностей жалобы поступят от профсоюзов.
