Длинный переезд. Подъезжаем к приграничному селу Выдрино. Образовано в 1902 году. Население – 3 тысячи 700 человек. Активно использовалось рабочими при создании Транссиба. Здесь заканчивается территория Республики Бурятия, дальше Иркутская область.

Заехали в самый центр, кругом лес. Люди с надеждой озвучивают о своей боли, вопросы те же: собственность, строительство дорог внутри поселка. Битва за туалет с государством – отдельная тема сегодняшнего дня. В рамках развития туризма местные предприниматели построили туалет, но надзорные органы и суд решили, что оснований и разрешений для его строительства недостаточно. Жители наблюдают, кто выйдет в этой схватке победителем.

There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
