А вместе с ними и более 20% от поступлений в бюджет. Это значит, что заморозится сразу несколько социальных проектов, включая переселение из аварийного фонда. Это значит, что скаканут тарифы и квартплата, так как денег у нас нет. И много других неожиданностей, казалось бы, не связанных между собой. Изменение территориальных границ таким образом абсолютно не законно и не легитимно. Группа депутатов собирается подавать в Конституционный суд, но не знаю, что из этого выйдет, так как губернатор и его свита давно вычеркнули из свода законов тот самый - 131 ФЗ. И не удивительно, что Конституция РФ, принятая на пеньках, вообще всерьёз не воспринимается. @dolgova1

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once.
