«Обвиняемому в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 356 УК РФ ("Применение запрещенных средств и методов ведения войны"), избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на два месяца с момента его задержания на территории РФ или экстрадиции на территорию РФ. Он объявлен в международный розыск», - пояснила пресс-секретарь суда Екатерина Буравцова.
