Напомним, что с просьбой о досрочном снятии судимости Марат Оганесян обратился в суд в ноябре 2024 года. Он подчеркнул, что в полном объёме отбыл назначенное ему наказание, а также выполнил условия, при которых возможно досрочное погашение судимости. В частности — полностью выплатил штраф в размере 20 млн рублей.
