Боеспособность у них как у среднеазиатского пополнения в ВОВ, а платить им надо как русским. Но тут вопрос не столько к качеству пополнения, сколько к МО неспособному найти не только англоговорящих инструкторов, но главное таких же командиров. В случаях, когда у таких групп появлялся нормальный командир они становились очень качественными подразделениями.
