Вместо того, чтобы решать этот вопрос — заниматься профориентацией, начиная со школы, взяли и разрешили разного рода фирмёшкам готовить специалистов дистанционно за несколько месяцев. Как итог, получили свидетельства не пройдя обучение, не получив реальную специальность.
