Наш источник в Пресненском районом суде города Москвы сообщает, что обвиняемому по ч. 6 ст. 290 (взятка, группой лиц в особо крупном размере) бывшему руководителю Завода им. Свердлова Юрию Шумскому приговор пока не вынесен.
Напомним, что по делу с Шумским проходят бывший директор холдинга «Спецхимия» Юрий Зозуля и бывший депутат Думы Дзержинска , заместитель директора Завода им. Свердлова Олег Корпатенков.
По нашей информации, государственный обвинитель по совокупности совершенных деяний потребовал для Юрия Шумского 8,5 лет лишения свободы.
Следующее заседание суда состоится 25 июня 2024 года.

During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
