Команда «Эха Псковы» на прошедших выходных побывала в усадьбе Волышово Порховского района. Это невероятное место, где среди графских развалин живет небольшая деревня и конный завод. Мы снимаем хрестоматийный исторический мини-фильм о культурной важности этого памятника. Работа над фильмом продолжается.
В Волышово сразу проникаешься духом помещичьей России. Каскад красивейших построек, разваливающихся под гнетом человеческого безразличия, выглядит как наследие античной цивилизации. Часть построек, с футуристичными для этих мест крышами, колоннами и барельефами, напоминают что-то из культуры стимпанка.
Холодные руины владений Строгановых удивили своим уютом. Несмотря на плачевное состояние памятников, здесь чувствуешь себя спокойно. В этих постройках не ощущается какой-то опасной таинственности, скорее умиротворение, перетекающее в анабиоз. Дождется ли Волышово новой главы своей истории?

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
