Приём заявок проходит с 17 февраля 2024 по 17 февраля 2025 года. Начальная цена аукциона: 514070 руб, шаг - 25703 руб.

Напомним, сейчас на этой территории стоят шесть старых двухэтажных домов, которые будут снесены. Площадь под застройку составляет 2,1 га.

Застройщик должен будет возвести помимо новых высотных домов, детский сад и общественные пространства с местами для отдыха.
