Постановлением Первоуральского городского суда от 7 декабря 2024 года главе г. Дегтярска Вадиму Пильникову избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу до 5 февраля 2025 года.
Адвокаты Пильникова обжаловали постановление в Свердловском областном суде. Суд апелляционной инстанции, рассмотрев материалы дела, оставил постановление суда первой инстанции без изменений.
Органами предварительного расследования Пильников В. О. обвиняется в совершении двух преступлений, предусмотренных ч.6 ст.290 УК РФ.
