«у меня лично в этом проекте какая цель? что я должна сейчас сделать? поддержать? помочь поразгонять идеи? продвинуть что-то политически? помочь что-то настроить? отсраниться и дать людям пространство для обретения их опыта?»
Роль руководителя многогранна, инструменты вариативны. Иногда легко съехать в одно и то же поведение, особенно, если оно успешно показывало себя какое-то время, но внедрять практики осознанности в ежедневную работу точно также полезно, как и в повседневную жизнь)
Можно попробовать задавать себе этот вопрос перед каждой встречей/письмом и последить за собой на этой неделе. Думаю, будет интересно
