Другими участниками проекта являются НОВАТЭК (60%), в акционерном капитале которого «ТотальЭнерджис» принадлежит 19,4%, китайские CNOOC (10%) и CNPC (10%) и консорциум японских компаний Mitsui и Jogmec (10%).
