Наш источник в Пресненском районом суде города Москвы сообщает, что обвиняемому по ч. 6 ст. 290 (взятка, группой лиц в особо крупном размере) бывшему руководителю Завода им. Свердлова Юрию Шумскому приговор пока не вынесен.
Напомним, что по делу с Шумским проходят бывший директор холдинга «Спецхимия» Юрий Зозуля и бывший депутат Думы Дзержинска , заместитель директора Завода им. Свердлова Олег Корпатенков.
По нашей информации, государственный обвинитель по совокупности совершенных деяний потребовал для Юрия Шумского 8,5 лет лишения свободы.
Следующее заседание суда состоится 25 июня 2024 года.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
