Сегодня опубликован и вступил в силу Указ Президента РФ от 17 января 2023 года №16 «О временном порядке принятия решений органами некоторых российских хозяйственных обществ».
Он предоставляет российским хозяйственным обществам из сфер энергетики, машиностроения и торговли право принимать решения без учета голосов лиц из недружественных иностранных государств и лиц, которые были выдвинуты ими в органы управления.
Порядок принятия решений, установленный Указом, является временным и действует до 31 декабря 2023 года.
