Сегодня опубликован и вступил в силу Указ Президента РФ от 17 января 2023 года №16 «О временном порядке принятия решений органами некоторых российских хозяйственных обществ».
Он предоставляет российским хозяйственным обществам из сфер энергетики, машиностроения и торговли право принимать решения без учета голосов лиц из недружественных иностранных государств и лиц, которые были выдвинуты ими в органы управления.
Порядок принятия решений, установленный Указом, является временным и действует до 31 декабря 2023 года.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
