◾️каждая страна вправе сама выбирать, что делать в области безопасности;
◾️Армения не заявляла о желании выйти из организации, поддерживает все документы саммита, вероятность возврата Еревана к полноценной работе в ОДКБ сохраняется;
◾️ОДКБ не должна была воевать за Ереван в Карабахе, в этом случае не было внешней агрессии против Армении.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat.
