Путин считает, что:
◾️каждая страна вправе сама выбирать, что делать в области безопасности;
◾️Армения не заявляла о желании выйти из организации, поддерживает все документы саммита, вероятность возврата Еревана к полноценной работе в ОДКБ сохраняется;
◾️ОДКБ не должна была воевать за Ереван в Карабахе, в этом случае не было внешней агрессии против Армении.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs.
