🕵️♂️ Встановлено, що керівник підприємства дав вказівку головному бухгалтеру незаконно застосувати до низки операцій з постачання товарів в адресу неплатника ПДВ податкову пільгу, не нарахувавши податок на додану вартість, та подати до контролюючих органів податкову звітність.
Встановлено, що впродовж липня, вересня, грудня 2023 року та квітня 2024 року підприємство умисно ухилилось від сплати понад 10,2 млн грн податку на додану вартість.
📄 Наразі фігуранту повідомлено про підозру. В ході досудового розслідування детективи БЕБ забезпечили відшкодування завданих збитків у повному обсязі. Товариство вже сплатило до Державного бюджету 10,2 млн грн податків.

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
