Лучше всего ситуация в Эстонии, Новая Зеландия (для сравнения попала в рейтинг Европы), Словакия, Австралия и Латвия. Хуже всего ситуация в Италии, Испании, Швейцарии. В этих странах не выгодно владеть недвижимостью )))
