1. Да, баннеры неудачные, но тут надо учитывать, что в Рязани жители не воспринимают пафосные агитматериалы, но хорошо воспринимают вот такие простые вещи, сделанные «на коленке»;
2. Никаких предпосылок говорить о том, что рейтинг Любимова в регионе упал, нет. С ковидом регион справился вполне успешно, и та же ЕР активно работала в регионе, оказывая помощь нуждающимся. 👇
