Первый номер журнала «Мурзилка» вышел в Москве 16 мая 1924 года тиражом в 20 000 экземпляров. Изначально журнал был ориентирован на детей в возрасте с 4 до 7 лет и выходил в виде книжки. Журнал стал издаваться при участии детских писателей — Маргариты Ямщиковой (работавшей под псевдонимом — Ал. Алтаев), Ольги Спандарян (прапрабабка Дмитрия Ольшанского), Александра Фёдорова-Давыдова и группы московских педагогов — А. А. Пальмбаха (та-дам —создатель тувинской письменности), В. Симонс и Я. Симонса (не нашла, кто такие).

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
