📌 А вот более интересная площадка. 15,9 га на Волгоградском проспекте, 32 (это рядом с жилым комплексом «Метрополия» от MR Group). Насколько я помню, на этой территории фирма «Волгоградка Молл», связанная с Optima Development (девелопер «Прайм Парка»), хотела возвести торгово-развлекательный центр на 238 000 кв.м. И даже получила ГПЗУ под эти цели. Сейчас там согласовали 265 100 кв.м «производственных, общественно-деловых и иных объектов». Торги также пройдут в начале августа. Стартовая цена - 424,5 млн руб.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway.
