💣 лично Игнахин ведёт переговоры о покупке завода по производству опалубки и строительных металлических конструкций у австрийской Doka. Само предприятие находится в Липецке. Сделки пока нет;
📌 сама компания намерена выйти на рынок Санкт-Петербурга и занять там долю в 5%. Конкретные площадки пока не купили, обещают в этом году. Сотрудников уже набирают;
📌 будет проект в новой Москве. Подробностей тоже пока нет. Но с «А101» не договорились;
📌 Level Group вышла из проекта на месте завода «Машиноаппарат» в Большом Саввинском переулке в Хамовниках. Контрольный пакет в этом предприятии продан бизнесмену Дмитрию Черемухину. Одна из причин - у компании уже есть два элитных проекта рядом. Будет продана ещё какая-то площадка, но пока подробностей по ней нет.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
