С 1 сентября 2026 года этапов станет два. Внедряться изменения начнут уже с 2025 года. Они не затронут действующие образовательные программы.
Базовый этап обучения после перехода будет иметь продолжительность от 5 до 6 лет, то есть, на год дольше, чем сейчас, а специализированный – от 1 до 3 лет.
Углубленный этап не будет считаться получением второго высшего образования, а станет продолжением первого.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
