Навязчивая мысль [обсессия] становится навязчивым только тогда, когда объект мысли будет для нас важным.
То, что для нас важно, занимает центральное место в жизни. Если мысль не важна, она не будет навязчивой.
Пример: • важно сдать и не провалить экзамен или собеседование; • важно знать ответ на вопрос, если меня спросят; • важно создать о себе хорошее впечатление...
Навязчивое мысли – это симптом важности. И бороться надо не с обсессиями, а работать над уменьшения важности объектов мысли.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
