31 января 2021 года по всей стране прошли акции в поддержку оппозиционного политика Алексея Навального, задержанного после возвращения из Германии. В Петрозаводске около двухсот человек собрались на Студенческом бульваре, однако их сразу же блокировали силовики и потребовали разойтись.

Участники акции небольшими группами двинулись по городу. Вслед за этими группами по Петрозаводску отправились "камазы" с росгвардейцами и автозаки.

Напомним, Алексей Навальный погиб в колонии 16 февраля прошлого года. Однако российские власти даже после смерти политика отказались исключать его из списка экстремистов и террористов.
