В КБГАУ «Газете Юга» неофициально подтвердили смену руководства: с 4 февраля место 50-летнего Аслана Апажева, который был ректором с декабря 2014, займет 62-летний полковник полиции Заурби Шхагапсоев.

Шхагапсоев — выпускник Краснодарской специальной средней школы милиции МВД СССР (1986), КБГУ (1995) и Ростовского юридического института МВД России (1998). В органах внутренних дел — с 1982. Занимал должности от инспектора ДПС до замначальника управления ГИБДД КБР. В августе 2004 возглавил нальчикский филиал Краснодарской академии МВД России, которым, как следует из информации на сайте, руководил до настоящего времени.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
