Это оказалось под силу маленькой бригаде во главе с партгрупоргом В.А. Таранник. Точечную сварку освоили В.А. Евдокимов и В.Н. Хантанов. Техслужащая А.В. Придачина сшила чехлы на новые сидения.

За 1983 год бригада реставрировала 31 кузов. Задание 1984 года бригада обязалась выполнить к концу ноября.
