Сделал УЗИ сердца (для справки на полумарафон), сказали, что у меня сердце 18-летнего, все показатели не просто в норме, а как в учебнике, в разделе про здоровых людей ☺️ С точностью до пары врожденных аномалий, но это пофиг.
Не смог узист, конечно, сдержаться и не сказать: "возрастных изменений вообще нет, просто удивительно!". Чел, ты еще и половины не знаешь, видел бы ты мой режим, а не только возраст) Ну да ладно, даже это настроение не испортило.
