Экс-глава «Самолета» Антон Елистратов планирует свой девелоперский проект в Баку🇦🇿

Для него он приобрел в Азербайджане на территории города-курорта Sea Breeze Эмина Агаларова большой участок, где будет его реализовывать. А также стал собственником 99% в ООО «Холдинг Корпоративное управление» для управления своим проектом.

🗺️Напомним, Sea Breeze занимает площадь 500 га и объединяет более 40 строящихся и готовых проектов, более 50 ресторанов, кафе и баров, 60 бассейнов, социальные объекты, 7 км благоустроенной пляжной зоны и 300 гектаров озелененной территории. На территории уже проживают 15.000+ резидентов.

Так как некоторые ТГ-каналы заподозрили Елистратова в консалте на основе ОКВЭДов Холдинга — мы уточнили, ответил, что не планирует оказывать консалтинговые услуги ни в каком виде. А к строительным проектам не причастен за рамками своих.
