Также до 15 июня президент поручил представить предложения по дифференцированному увеличению лимитов семейной ипотеки — исходя из количества членов семьи, меры поддержки застройщиков, идеи по развитию ИЖС, программу субсидирования ставок для застройщиков в малых городах, а также по освобождению от НДС управляющих компаний в МКД.
До 15 июля Путин поручил: • доработать законы по переселению из аварийного жилья; • внедрить систему жилищных накоплений; • продумать, как финансировать инфраструктуру за счёт возвращаемых займов; • внести поправки по поддержке малоэтажной застройки и стандартам содержания ЖКХ.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
