Сегодня GloraX начала прием заявок на приобретение акций, который продлится до 30 октября. Заявки будут приниматься по цене 64 рубля за акцию, что соответствует рыночной капитализации компании на уровне 16 млрд рублей без учета средств, которые планируется привлечь в рамках IPO.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
