5 Zwiebeln Tomaten 1-2 EL Tomatenmark 3-4 Knoblauchzehen Kurkuma und Paprikapulver, oder Curry ( da sind beide Gewürze schon drin) Liebstöckel Dattelsirup oder Vollrohrzucker Salz Pfeffer Weiteres mache ich, wie man so sagt, "frei nach Schnauze". Diesmal habe ich Humus naturell genommen. Ein anderes Mal hatte ich mir aus Cashew ein Sahnekomponente gemacht.(Cashew mahlen ein wenig Wasser zugeben und nochmal mixen) Ich nehme auch mal gerne etwas Sojasoße oder Tamarisoße.
Die Zwiebeln und Tomaten, je nachdem welche Form gewünscht ist, stückeln,
Zwiebel mit etwas Öl und Wasser glasig dünsten,
Gelegentlich Wasser zugießen,
Humus und alle Gewürze einrühren - aufkochen,
Tomaten zugeben und vom Feuer nehmen, Tomaten sollten nur in die heiße Soße gegeben werden und nicht mehr kochen. Das mache ich auch mit dem Knoblauch. Dieser wirkt, wenn er gekocht wurde, mehr gesundheitsfördern für Gefäße und Herz, ansonsten roh, mehr für das Immunsystem.
